WHat is included with membership
The Club Membership is your all-access pass: unlimited group classes, open gym hours, complimentary Longevity Assessment (our 28-point Healthspan dashboard), goal-based progress tracking and coach check-ins, and inclusion in our member-only social club events. It’s designed to be your complete toolkit for adventure-ready fitness.

This is built for you. We’ve designed Mission specifically to cut through the noise and intimidation. You start with clarity—through our Win-Win coaching survey or an assessment—so you have a personalized path from day one. Our coaches and community are here to guide, not judge.

Can I drop in or come visit? Do you offer a day pass or free trial?
Absolutely. We want you to feel the vibe before you commit. Reach out to our sales team for a day pass and hear about how you can best utilize the club. Claim Your Day Pass to experience our Club. It includes a facility tour and your choice of one group class or open gym times. It’s the best way to see what we are about.
How much does membership cost?

What does your Cafe offer? Are coworking spaces available?
Our cafe is a hub for fuel and connection, offering mission-optimized snacks, premium coffee, and recovery drinks. Yes, we cafe space for members looking for a vibrant, health-focused place to work between sessions. It’s all part of building a life integrated with wellness.

What does your assessment process include?
Everything start with you and where you are today. Our comprehensive assessment are aimed to help get you in out-living life and chasing your goals. Our Longevity Assessment is your personal blueprint. It’s a 28-point dashboard measuring everything from metabolic health and movement quality to sleep & recovery readiness. This isn’t just a fitness test; it’s a snapshot of where your healthspan is point, giving us science-backed baselines to optimize your entire journey and aim the direction you want to go.
What should I do if I hit a plateau?
First, celebrate—it means you’ve progressed! Then, bring it to your monthly coaching check-in. We’ll use our progress data to tweak your variables (load, recovery, nutrition) and break through. Plateaus are just puzzles, and we’re here to solve them with you.
Tracking calories isn’t working for me. What’s your approach?
We find calorie tracking can become a noisy, unsustainable chore. We focus on behavior-first nutrition: building simple, powerful habits around protein intake, meal timing, and food quality that naturally regulate your energy balance. It’s about sustainable fuel plans that enable you to live, not just math and diets. We aren’t meant to be bean-counters.
What is unique about your coaches?
Our coaches are Mission experienced guides, not just instructors. With over 21 combined certifications across strength, nutrition, rehabilitation, and behavioral science, they’re equipped to simplify complexity. They’re chosen for their ability to listen, adapt, and push you toward your edge, whether that’s your first step back or your final step toward a podium.
How do I find the right coach?

What do monthly meetings with a coach cover?
Ever wonder if you are doing the right thing or getting the best results you can? These are your strategic checkpoints to help you find the signal in the noise as you keep on track and optimize the path your goal. We review progress, adjust your training or nutrition protocols, tackle any plateaus head-on, and dial in the next phase of goals. It’s about consistent reflection and evolution, ensuring you’re always moving toward your destination.

“Healthspan” is the number of years you live in good health, full of energy and capable of pursuing everything you want to do—not just the number of years you live. Looking in to a crystal ball is just that, but we build our Longevity Dashboard, based on peer-reviewed journals that affect change in the quality and length of your life (Steering away from biased, buzz-word lingo and reports that point to garbage data that isn’t impactful to your daily life) and con giving you a biological age estimate based on key markers. It’s a powerful motivator to invest in the quality of your life.
Workout Classes
What’s special about your classes?
These are “Mission Classes”—purpose-driven workouts designed not just to burn calories, but to build capability for your life’s adventures. Each class has a specific intent (e.g., mountain endurance, explosive power, resilient mobility) and is set to curated playlists in our intimate, focused studio.
How many classes can I take?
Unlimited. But you should probably sleep and hydrate too Membership grants you access to the full schedule to explore and find what fuels you. I you’d like to get a package you can pace your self
How do I know if the class difficulty is right for me?
Every class is scalable. Our coaches are experts at modifying movements on the fly to match your level, ensuring you’re challenged safely. If its your first time we recommend starting with our Weekday Warrior class or chatting with the coach beforehand.
The perfect class for me isn’t on the schedule right now. How do I vote for a class?
You shape the mission! Members can vote on upcoming class types and focuses through our member app. Want more weekend mobility or evening power sessions? Cast your vote and help guide our community’s journey.
Can I combine group classes with personal training?
This is the way! We’ve found that this is the ideal path for many looking to blend results and longterm consistency! Classes build community and capacity, while personal training provides the personalized technique and programming to keep you safe and accelerating. Your coach will help you design the perfect blend.
