Starter Pack - Part 2 : The Knowledge

The Framework for Staying Power

Here is the single most important thing to know about fitness (and life): Progress is not linear.

You will have days that feel terrible, days that feel meh, and days that feel electric. We label them:

  • Bad = Pushing into new territory. (This is literally where growth happens).

  • Okay = Recovering. Letting the work settle.

  • Good = Flow state. Riding the rhythm.

The mistake? Chasing "Good" every single day. You'll burn out in two weeks.
The solution? Embrace the cycle.

If you only feel good, you get complacent.

If you only feel bad, you quit.

The magic is in the balance—and that balance looks different for every single human.

Our coaches are trained to help you ride this wave. We don't care if you show up at 10% or 100%. We just care that you show up.

That’s the knowledge. Now you can stop beating yourself up for having an "off" day. Come back to this in the next two weeks. Having a goal with good, bad and okay are good signs of a good goal. Pace these out, seek out the balance of each.

If things are going well. What would challenge you? What might happen that would throw a wrench in the mix, or unintentionally make what you are already doing harder - bad weather, need to travel, etc. how do we plan to stay steady when it does.

When things aren’t going well. Great. Let’s find out why and get after it. What’s wrong? What would help? What could we do to shrink the action we are working on to make it easier?
