Here is the plan: Don't commit to a year. Commit to the smallest action.
If you want to climb a 14ner, Mt Everest or just past the couch… start with the smallest step.
-Pick a 14ner and map out the plan
-Spark your cardio with a run
-Make it out the front door
Whatever your mission find the first 10% of your goal and start there. Whatever it is, carve out 10 min this week. Show up. Check-in for 10 minutes. That’s it.
Make it stupidly easy. If you’re gassed, pace yourself. If you’re energized, push. There is no "wrong" way to do it. Just commit to 10 min.
